Well I bought a new car here. And unfortunately I bought the maintenance package. So I have to take my car here for service until that package is over. The service department here is horrible. It takes months to set up an appointment. I called five times and wasn't able to schedule an appointment. I used their website to set up an appointment. I was bullied into purchasing a vehicle service contract as a condition for the deal, and the dealership neglected to file a Clean Vehicle Seller Report with the IRS so I cannot claim my $7,500 tax credit. When I contacted the dealership they were only concerned with rationalizing/defending their neglect rather than resolving the situation for me, the customer - costing me thousands of dollars on my tax refund. Shameful and shady behavior, ruining my purchase experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your dealership. While I chose your location due to its proximity to my home, I found the service department to be unhelpful. Furthermore, I believe the amount I was charged for the necessary safety repair was excessive. Due to this experience, I will be utilizing another dealership for my service needs in the future, despite the inconvenience.
My low rating is due to me having to bring my car in three times for the same issue and the second time was with an appointment I made on March 9th with Luis Perez for March 20th — that never made it into the calendar.
It was easy to make an appt and to change it to a different date/time. The drop off was fine too. I never got a call saying if/when it would be ready so I called at 4:30pm because they close at 5. The guy said they were just finishing it up and would send it to be washed. I said I would be there after 5, so he said he would bring the keys to sales and they could handle it there. Poway dealer repeatedly didn't fix multiple issues and broke or lost other parts during the repair process: Oil leak: Twice replaced the wrong part, which didn't fix the actual item leaking. Broke transmission line bracket and didn't replace. Replaced thermostat with a new defective part Fill radiator with incorrect antifreeze. Returned vehicle missing engine cover Returned vehicle missing inspection port gaskets. And they have poor scheduling. I made appt. But vechiks is not touched for several days after dropoff.
These guys were awesome! I live 9 hours away and they accommodated me by discussing the transaction before I showed up. They were transparent about everything. When I committed they knew I was driving there and back and had everything there ready to sign. Fast and easy transaction and were very courteous of my time and allowed me to get out of there in less than an hour. Thank you for your help on this guys!

Service has immensely improved over the years at the Poway location. Kathleen Ferris is an excellent addition and she’s very communicative and helpful. The reason for my low rating is that during the repair I had to rent a car so even though this was a recall at no cost, I paid $1200 for a rental car while the jeep was in the shop.

My experience was horrible. My vehicle was there was 8 days. When I opted out on a $1000 charge to install a $60 part the dealership allowed me to leave their office with my tire totally flat. The dealership endangered my life while driving on the 67 South Freeway. I reached out to their team and to date, no one has called me. I calling Stellanis today.I am still in Shock and Disbelief. I have many bad experiences at this dealer this was unfortunately the same case. Brought my truck in for a warranty repair advisor came back with a quote for a $500 diesel injector service with no explanation or breakdown for what this service is. Also received an estimate for $1400 transmission service to replace atf and filter. When I purchased the truck I paid for the mopar service contract which covers transmission service. I scheduled a service appointment for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Diesel after the vehicle would not start and displayed a “Service Throttle Body” message on the dashboard. Your online appointment system allowed me to book the service, despite your dealership not having diesel technicians. I only learned this after having my Jeep towed to your dealership. This information should have been communicated beforehand, as it resulted in unnecessary towing costs and an additional tow to Carl Burger Jeep to have the warranty work completed.

They did oil change on my truck but the work was done super dirty and even messed up the interior with oil .
The actual warranty repair work on my truck was excellent. They fixed the problem. The fact that I was without my truck for 11 days (9 bus. days) was hard to accept. They didn't even pull my truck in to diagnose it until 4-1/2 days had passed. 1/2 day to diagnose, another 3 days waiting for parts. I wasn't offered a loaner. RAM offered a $45/day for 5 days rental reimbursement which doesn't even cover a compact size car let alone a truck.
My jeep advisor, Kathleen, is marvelous. She takes great care of me and my vehicle. I traveled to Poway from Point Loma because of her.
My vehicle was in the shop for two months due to waiting for parts. I had to reach out every time for an update and no one ever reached out to me first. There was also no help in getting a rental car due to the length of the service stay.
I made an online appt, the site allowed for a Saturday appt. When I dropped the car off they apologized and didn’t know why the website allows that. I have had almost a year long interaction with Pedder spanning 2 vehicles. The first vehicle in 03/2025 was the Dodge Daytona, which I bought from them, and it was basically a lemon. But instead of Lemon Lawing it, to expedite getting rid of it, I returned the vehicle, had to pay extra and went to a Challenger Hellcat SRT. Since the dealership has switched to the pedder name I have not had a pleasant experience there. I brought my truck in for some maintenance and they refused to work on it due to aftermarket parts that all had California compliance stickers and aren’t supposed to void a factory warranty. I picked up my truck and the service worker handed me my keys and paperwork and that was it. No explanation of work completed. I will not be taking my truck there and will never recommend them to anyone.
My truck first went in on 10/8 and I finally got it back working on 12/17. That involved 3 separate trips for the same issue under warranty for a recall fix from a year ago for the high pressure fuel pump. The positive, all that cost me nothing and they gave me a courtesy vehicle the whole time. And the guys in the office were super friendly. Poor experience. Lack of communication with customers, no customer service. Vehicle continues to experience the same initial issue.
Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased as new car with a ton of issues and the dealership did not care about anything after they made the sale. Nightmare of an experience and I will never return, not only to that dealer, but to any Jeep, Dodge, or Ram product.
Not a fan of the Pedder or RAM. I've been working with this location since they took over the dealership, gone through at least 5 service writers due to turnover. There are multiple instances of unresponsiveness and no return phone calls. Latest issue was an overlooked and misdiagnosis. They missed on the chief complaint and instead performed warranty work, ok. My vehicle was returned without with major mechanical problems. I took it elsewhere and paid another shop to diagnose and perform repairs.
Kathleen was super helpful. She helped us solve our issue as quickly as possible. She made the experience easy and seamless.
Truck was not fixed and the work paid for seems like was not actually done will be looking to report as fraud or see what legal Recourse is available in California
Even though we agreed that I didn't have to pay for an additional add-on, it showed up on my agreement. After I complained, they took it off. I felt there was a deception there.
I inquired about a vehicle online, got a quick and friendly response from Robert. When i showed up, Ryan helped me test drive the vehicle and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Alex helped finalize the transaction and the whole experience was pretty quick and painless. Thank you!

I don't buy vehicles from dealerships normally, and although everyone there was polite, professional and cordial, I feel the sales staff was a little more than deceptive in informing us of the "actual deal". It wasn't until after the sale and I got home and had a chance to actually read the contract that I discovered many items that were never discussed with us that eventually impacted the total price.

Kept my Jeep for 20 days. Broke multiple items not related to the original repairs, then tried to charge me for the fixes. Alternately gave me the run-around or ghosted me. Had to go to a second mechanic just to verify what was done to my Jeep. Would never set foot in this dealer again.

From initially calling Kevin to make the appt., dropping it off with Greg, to picking it up, they were efficient, friendly, organized, competent and made everything SO easy. I had a very good experience working with Kevin Oakley and his staff. To begin with, Kevin was there at 6:30AM when I dropped my truck off to help me get things set up for service. Kevin was super responsive via text msg to keep me updated and respond to my questions and concerns throughout the entire time my truck was in the shop. Such a polite and respectful man and clearly setting a good example for his technicians like Greg Cooper. There was a mixup with my appointment that I got wrong, but Kevin Oakley offered to check the code for my issue before leaving. He detected an issue that looked serious enough that he kept the vehicle at their department and set me up with a loaner.
