No fault of the dealer, but parts took a long time. Truck was there for 6 weeks! Also, the wrong color dash was installed. That's a big miss....

Best part of this service center is Chuck Cornell our service advisor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All the technicians in the service drive are great as well. we've had excellent success with all work performed by the service techs.

It was my first experience with this service department and it was great… I just needed a software recall performed and an oil change. No issues with the recall so the van was ready to go quickly. The communication was excellent - with electronic updates (text and email) and even a web page for updates. Overall, very nice experience.

I took my Jeep to the dealership because my dashboard was not working properly. They keep the car five days and they cannot provide me a loaner or car to move and long story short the dashboard is still not working properly. The manager over there is just a joke no manners no class

I recently purchased a new Ram 3500 Mega Cab from Pedder Dodge of Poway after comparing a few similarly optioned trucks in the area. The process started with a phone call to the dealership, where I was connected with Justin. He was pleasant over the phone and confirmed that the truck I wanted was available. I let him know I’d be there within 30 minutes, and he said that was no problem.

Poor communication and one of my main complaints wasnt addressed. Acted as if it wasn’t a problem and said just need a software upgrade. As soon as I drove home same uconnect error came on in first minute of driving.

bad did not like the two deffernt set of tires from walmart brand . did not like they charge 1500 for finish touch dont know what that is but i charge for it . it said it wad optional to cancel tried to . yhey said it was to late . not happy with this dealership . i would not recommend anybody

In my opinion I walked in with the lowest terms/ chances in getting a car but that didn’t stop them. The team offered and guaranteed me a car and with some hard work and time they accomplished it.

Darrel was a great young man… very courteous and Professional. As a 35+ year sales professional myself, I have little patience for those who try to “sell me” and don’t listen to my needs. He handled the sales process very well and should be valued for his skills.

I had a great experience for my Jeep’s oil change. They were very fast and efficient. It was good working with my service tech Greg.

The level of dishonesty is appalling. Finance tried to redo my contract to add $2k. Salesperson said he would change the battery before I took truck home, truck died due to battery and roadside 'assistance' paid only $100 of my $320 tow. Salesperson was supposed to help me set up Uconnect but once paperwork signed rushed me iut the door. I will go to Escondido dealershop for services as this is the worst dealership I have dealt with in my 60 years

My car was in for service for almost a month, three weeks later my jeep is doing the exact same thing I took it in for initially.

This was my first time to this dealership and was very impressed with its maintenance department. Definitely would visit them again.

Could have used help from myvsalesman Rick setting up everything like UConnect and my phone. Butvafter paperwork was signed I was rushed out. Also, had a battery issue after Service changed the battery and had to be towed after driving just 5 miles. Awaiting roadside assistance reimbursement.

Our experience has not been good and continues to underperform expectations. Our sales person was great. Justin was great.

1st time going to this dealership, Kevin was very nice and helpful and quoted me a time for the job to be done, it was done a lot sooner, very good service.

Car description was inaccurate and they kept trying to run my credit even though I was paying cash. However, they did work with me on price and the sales staff was generally pleasant.

AC went out the first day had the car all week to fix they don't return calls paid 300 dollars too have a second key fob they said that a locksmith would contact us and we haven't had anyone call

Communication was good, part came in sooner than expected. Dennis was able to get me an appointment next day.

I purchased my jeep from the dealer before Peddler took it over. I have used your service department exclusively ever since.
When I brought my car is for service for an oil change, I always received a summary of car health, brake lining, tire wear, guild review, etc.
Peddler did keep that going for a while, now it is no longer included in my service unless I pay over $100 for it. If find that your service has gone down hill.

I showed up a little prior to my appointment and not a tech in sight, was a little worried and waited about 15 minutes before the service advisor came over- he was on his own running around so the delays was completely expected and he was incredibly kind. Rick was great. He was honest and friendly without being fake. He did offer and explain all of the up-sell stuff, but knew when to back off and respect my decisions. (paint protector, security, tire stuff, and extended warranty).

Giving an honest review, I was not impressed with the original service , I had constantly hunt down for my second key and proper service- then they made a change, and the guy who helped me with the last couple services was amazing; Really made a difference!

They were extremely easy to work with, and they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted, at the price I needed.

I appreciated the service center providing me a ride home after dropping off my car for a transmission repair. They kept me updated as the repair progressed. A small complaint, my car was returned covered in dried pollen even though they had put it through their car wash. I spent my morning scrubbing it off. Overall, I'm happy and would definitely return.

When I originally called to set up my appointment I spoke to a sweet woman named Natalie on the phone. She was so sweet and was able to get me in the next day for my oil change! Greg Cooper was a great service advisor. Very kind and easy to talk to. I was offered a shuttle to take me back to work and they even picked me back up once my car was done. I don’t typically go to Poway to get my car serviced but they made this experience great and I will gladly go back!

Kevin was Great! He was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately the rest of the team let him down. I called in ahead of time to request that a front windshield to be available to replace a broken one in my jeep. I had my van repaired only to have the exact same issue a month later! Now I’m having to pay over $200 just to get it towed back to them and have them fix what they should have done the first time that I paid over $500 for. So frustrating to be waiting on a tow truck a month after paying for the same problem

Dealership called about a recall on my Ram 3500. Decided to get oil change and tire rotation while it was there. Brought truck home and noticed oil drip on my driveway near right front tire. Crawled under truck to see a lot of oil was spilled while removing oil filter and engine wasn’t cleaned. Additionally, tires were rotated but air pressure wasn’t adjusted. 80psi on the front and 65psi on the rear. Rear should be 80psi and front 65psi.

Thanks to Kevin Oakley for helping me to get my car back on the road. It was an easy schedule to get a service time suitable for me, and Kevin kept me well informed throughout the process.
