The drop off was hassle free and the repair time was well within the time frame for the complexity of the repair. Upon pickup, everything was explained to me and I was on my way in just a few minutes. Job well done!!!!
It took over a week for a recall fix. There was no communication from the service advisor unless I contacted him.
Jay and Alex were great to work with. They gave me many options to find a vehicle in my price range.
Kathleen was the service manager who worked with me. She is very good. She kept me updated on the progress on my vehicle.

I have had almost a year long interaction with Pedder spanning 2 vehicles. The first vehicle in 03/2025 was the Dodge Daytona, which I bought from them, and it was basically a lemon. But instead of Lemon Lawing it, to expedite getting rid of it, I returned the vehicle, had to pay extra and went to a Challenger Hellcat SRT. Since the dealership has switched to the pedder name I have not had a pleasant experience there. I brought my truck in for some maintenance and they refused to work on it due to aftermarket parts that all had California compliance stickers and aren’t supposed to void a factory warranty. I picked up my truck and the service worker handed me my keys and paperwork and that was it. No explanation of work completed. I will not be taking my truck there and will never recommend them to anyone.
My truck first went in on 10/8 and I finally got it back working on 12/17. That involved 3 separate trips for the same issue under warranty for a recall fix from a year ago for the high pressure fuel pump. The positive, all that cost me nothing and they gave me a courtesy vehicle the whole time. And the guys in the office were super friendly. The cons, I was without my truck for over 2 months, and their automated text alert system was erratic at best. I'd get texts my vehicle was done and they're still waiting for parts. And ... Poor experience. Lack of communication with customers, no customer service. Vehicle continues to experience the same initial issue.
Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased as new car with a ton of issues and the dealership did not care about anything after they made the sale. Nightmare of an experience and I will never return, not only to that dealer, but to any Jeep, Dodge, or Ram product.
Not a fan of the Pedder or RAM. I've been working with this location since they took over the dealership, gone through at least 5 service writers due to turnover. There are multiple instances of unresponsiveness and no return phone calls. Latest issue was an overlooked and misdiagnosis. They missed on the chief complaint and instead performed warranty work, ok. My vehicle was returned without with major mechanical problems. I took it elsewhere and paid another shop to diagnose and perform repairs.
Crooks, swindlers, gloss over xxxxxxxx charges. Do not trust them. Very shady! Up charged unnecessarily. Tried to play the vet card saying they were looking out for a fellow vet. What a load of garbage and a disgrace to the uniform. I feel violated and disrespected.
Kathleen was super helpful. She helped us solve our issue as quickly as possible. She made the experience easy and seamless.
Truck was not fixed and the work paid for seems like was not actually done will be looking to report as fraud or see what legal Recourse is available in California
Even though we agreed that I didn't have to pay for an additional add-on, it showed up on my agreement. After I complained, they took it off. I felt there was a deception there.
I inquired about a vehicle online, got a quick and friendly response from Robert. When i showed up, Ryan helped me test drive the vehicle and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Alex helped finalize the transaction and the whole experience was pretty quick and painless. Thank you!

This car buying experience from the entire staff was above my expectations in terms of respectfulness, communication, and assistance with getting me insured. Ryan is an outstanding sales person, very knowledgeable and trustworthy- made me feel incredibly comfortable through the entire process and went the extra mile to make sure I got an insurance plan for a good rate and super patient with me in purchasing my first car in 20 years. Answered all of my many many questions with high level of competency. I would buy all of my cars in the future from Ryan if possible!

I don't buy vehicles from dealerships normally, and although everyone there was polite, professional and cordial, I feel the sales staff was a little more than deceptive in informing us of the "actual deal". It wasn't until after the sale and I got home and had a chance to actually read the contract that I discovered many items that were never discussed with us that eventually impacted the total price.

Very helpful especially our salesman Ryan. Finance department showing a negative attitude on customers questions.
Kept my Jeep for 20 days. Broke multiple items not related to the original repairs, then tried to charge me for the fixes. Alternately gave me the run-around or ghosted me. Had to go to a second mechanic just to verify what was done to my Jeep. Would never set foot in this dealer again.

JEEP Service department in Poway is fabulous! Took my Jeep in for a recall and maintenance. From initially calling Kevin to make the appt., dropping it off with Greg, to picking it up, they were efficient, friendly, organized, competent and made everything SO easy. They are really flexible with drop offs and pick ups too, which is appreciated. Ask for Kevin or Greg, guarantee you will have a great experience.

Can’t follow through with there promises, tried giving my my truck back after service dirtier then when I brought it in freshly detailed Didn’t fix half the stuff I asked them to fix even after providing a list. Middle of the deal the apr went up and know one knew but me ( hear why you read before you sign)

I had a very good experience working with Kevin Oakley and his staff. To begin with, Kevin was there at 6:30AM when I dropped my truck off to help me get things set up for service. Kevin was super responsive via text msg to keep me updated and respond to my questions and concerns throughout the entire time my truck was in the shop. Such a polite and respectful man and clearly setting a good example for his technicians like Greg Cooper. Just a breath of fresh air working with someone who is this pleasant and easy to communicate with.

There was a mixup with my appointment that I got wrong, but Kevin Oakley offered to check the code for my issue before leaving. He detected an issue that looked serious enough that he kept the vehicle at their department and set me up with a loaner. The issue with the Hybrid electrical system was detected and fixed eventually. I have used Poway CDRJ several times now for service on both of our Jeeps and have been very happy. Easy to get an appointment when I call. Quick efficient service, and they even wash my car.
Very disappointing. Would not recommend doing business with this dealership. The salesmen try to increase the price of the vehicle during each conversation and when they said it would be ready on a Thursday, it wasn’t ready until the Monday after due to them having locked the vehicle in the Service area and the one person with keys being in Palm Springs. Absolutely terrible, unprofessional experience. The one person that was decent in the whole deal was Jacob in the finance department.
These guys gave us a much better deal than other dealers. They were low pressure and let us go home and think it over. I really appreciated that.
After visiting a few dealerships. They truly asked questions to learn about the vehicle I wanted and gave me options to work with me and ny rebuilding credit. I felt they were very transparent, honest and fair. I will be referring everyone I know.

Sales team was great - made the process of getting our ideal vehicle smooth and enjoyable.
But.
2 days later, dead battery, and needed a AAA boost.
Pedder fell to pieces then. Their sales team and service team don't know how to communicate, and overall management is absent.
I asked to speak with a manager at the time of the incident but they refused to speak with me; never followed up.
I walked away with replaced batteries, but I will never set foot in this location again.

I found the Jeep I wanted at a price I wanted. Unfortunately, Pedder was more interested in padding my loan with the stuff I didn't want, like the KARR system and the stupid nitrogen tire fill program. This is exactly why people go to Carmax and Carvana - the car dealer upsell is a lousy experience.
I bought a used car. Fine. It was a special Gladiator Rubicon Launch Edition. Pristine condition. It's set up for towing but the dealership had no idea where the accessories were to actually tow it. I found out who the original owner was via the Nav system. The reconditioning team didn't remove the personal info out of the vehicle before they resold it. Bad practice but good for me. Excellent customer service and helpful staff that assisted me in getting my vehicle purchase. Would recommend to a lot of close associates.
Guys were nice and upfront about things. I just bought a used car and it had an issue. They worked on it until they couldn't. Explained the issues to me and referred me back to the sales folks to get a resolution. This is a Service Center survey. I could go days on what went wrong with the sales folks after the fact.
People were nice. Alex, Art Trevor..but didn't disclose extending length of loan. Cleaning of car and dtive-off charge of EV did not meet promise.
Great attention to detail by my service advisor Greg Cooper. Communication was clear and informative. Breakdown of cost was explained thoroughly. Very amazed at the commitment to their customers!

Overall positive experience. The waiting area is dismal and needs to be updated. Coffee bar doesn’t meet standards as compared to other dealerships that I’ve received service from.
No fault of the dealer, but parts took a long time. Truck was there for 6 weeks! Also, the wrong color dash was installed. That's a big miss....
Best part of this service center is Chuck Cornell our service advisor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All the technicians in the service drive are great as well. we've had excellent success with all work performed by the service techs.

It was my first experience with this service department and it was great… I just needed a software recall performed and an oil change. No issues with the recall so the van was ready to go quickly. The communication was excellent - with electronic updates (text and email) and even a web page for updates. Overall, very nice experience.

I took my Jeep to the dealership because my dashboard was not working properly. They keep the car five days and they cannot provide me a loaner or car to move and long story short the dashboard is still not working properly. The manager over there is just a joke no manners no class

I recently purchased a new Ram 3500 Mega Cab from Pedder Dodge of Poway after comparing a few similarly optioned trucks in the area. The process started with a phone call to the dealership, where I was connected with Justin. He was pleasant over the phone and confirmed that the truck I wanted was available. I let him know I’d be there within 30 minutes, and he said that was no problem.

Poor communication and one of my main complaints wasnt addressed. Acted as if it wasn’t a problem and said just need a software upgrade. As soon as I drove home same uconnect error came on in first minute of driving.
bad did not like the two deffernt set of tires from walmart brand . did not like they charge 1500 for finish touch dont know what that is but i charge for it . it said it wad optional to cancel tried to . yhey said it was to late . not happy with this dealership . i would not recommend anybody
In my opinion I walked in with the lowest terms/ chances in getting a car but that didn’t stop them. The team offered and guaranteed me a car and with some hard work and time they accomplished it.

I had a great experience for my Jeep’s oil change. They were very fast and efficient. It was good working with my service tech Greg.
The level of dishonesty is appalling. Finance tried to redo my contract to add $2k. Salesperson said he would change the battery before I took truck home, truck died due to battery and roadside 'assistance' paid only $100 of my $320 tow. Salesperson was supposed to help me set up Uconnect but once paperwork signed rushed me iut the door. I will go to Escondido dealershop for services as this is the worst dealership I have dealt with in my 60 years
My car was in for service for almost a month, three weeks later my jeep is doing the exact same thing I took it in for initially.
This was my first time to this dealership and was very impressed with its maintenance department. Definitely would visit them again.
Could have used help from myvsalesman Rick setting up everything like UConnect and my phone. Butvafter paperwork was signed I was rushed out. Also, had a battery issue after Service changed the battery and had to be towed after driving just 5 miles. Awaiting roadside assistance reimbursement.
